Job :
As part of the development of our digital activities, we are looking for a Traffic Manager to manage, oversee, and track digital advertising campaigns.
- Plan and launch digital campaigns
- Manage campaign trafficking: display, video, native, social media, etc.
- Configure campaigns and ensure their proper deployment
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance and delivery
- Control impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR), and other KPIs
- Identify and resolve any delivery issues
- Optimize campaigns according to set objectives
- Prepare campaign reports and summaries
- Coordinate with sales, editorial, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with briefs, formats, deadlines, and technical specifications
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum, in digital marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Traffic Management / Ad Operations, ideally in a media or agency environment
- Good command of digital campaign management and tracking tools
- Proficiency in major digital advertising formats
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills
- Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
