Job :

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will be the link between marketing, sales, and the field. Your role will be to deploy and manage Trade Marketing plans in the field, monitor the performance of distribution networks, and contribute to the growth of sales and brand visibility.

Your tasks:

• Commercial deployment: implement the activation plan and growth plans by channel and region, in coordination with the sales teams.
• Secondary sales monitoring: monitor the performance of depots, distributors, and wholesalers, analyze product rotations, and propose actions to improve product sales.
• Promotional plan: participate in the planning of promotional operations, ensure their deployment and follow-up (volumes, performance, post-operation reviews).
• Merchandising & field execution: apply merchandising standards, deploy point-of-sale visibility tools, and ensure quality of execution.
• Channel development: support sales development in the traditional channel (wholesalers, retailers) and assist regional partners.
• Launches: participate in the deployment of new products (distribution, visibility, monitoring).
• Sales force support: develop sales support tools and assist field teams.
• Reporting: feed the performance monitoring dashboards and report field trends.

Required profile :

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, or Management.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Trade Marketing, operational marketing, or business development, ideally in FMCG distribution.
• Good knowledge of traditional and modern sales channels.
• Field-oriented, rigorous, analytical, and good interpersonal skills.
