Join our dynamic company in the Distribution sector as an Entry-level IT Network Maintenance Technician. Your main role will be to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. The goal is to guarantee the availability and performance of IT systems, thus contributing to the operational efficiency of our distribution activities.
- Ensure troubleshooting of hardware and software incidents related to the network.
- Perform preventive maintenance of network equipment.
- Participate in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Document interventions and configurations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems.
Required profile :
For this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required.
1 to 2 years of professional experience is expected. Previous experience in network maintenance will be a major asset.
Solid knowledge in administration and maintenance of IT networks (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Proficiency in common operating systems.
Ability to quickly diagnose and solve technical problems.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
A network certification would be a plus.
To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in IT or Electronics.
Although we are looking for an entry-level profile, previous experience, even if short (1 to 1 year), in network maintenance or IT support would be a considerable asset.
Solid knowledge of network architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
