Job :
Vous intégrez les équipes de la Sous-Direction Business Excellence, Comme stagiaire pour contribuer à la réduction des chutes de fruits sur les lignes de calibrage et de conditionnement. Vous participez à l’analyse des pratiques et à l’identification de pistes d’amélioration afin de limiter les pertes tout en préservant la qualité des produits.
Vos missions sont :
- Observer et analyser les étapes de calibrage et de conditionnement afin d’identifier les sources de chutes de fruits.
- Collecter et exploiter des données relatives aux pertes, aux réglages des équipements et aux pratiques de production.
- Proposer et contribuer à la mise en œuvre d’actions d’amélioration pour réduire les chutes et suivre leurs résultats.
Required profile :
Vous préparez une formation supérieure en génie industriel, agroalimentaire ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous êtes intéressé par l’amélioration continue et la réduction des pertes en production.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, curieux et doté d’un bon esprit d’analyse.
- Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et savez communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs.
- Vous maîtrisez le français à l’oral et à l’écrit ;
