Within the GBTO entity, responsible for risk indicator management and the development of Pre-Trade and Post-Trade tools for risk analysis and limit management, you will join a human-sized team, committed and in close proximity to the business. Our goal is to ensure operational excellence and the security of financial services.
As a Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative and robust software solutions, while technically and personally guiding your teams. You will participate in large-scale projects using the latest technologies, in an Agile & Agile@Scale environment.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the technical design of solutions by applying software craftsmanship principles (BDD, TDD, continuous delivery).
Challenge functional requirements, write and validate scenarios with Business Analysts, and contribute to estimations through planning poker.
Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, scalability, security, and optimization of the user experience.
Support and coach the team's developers on best practices, skill development, and problem-solving.
Actively participate in production deployment phases and ensure effective production support.
Promote continuous improvement of processes, organization, and technological choices.
Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, and operations to align the solution with business challenges.
Required profile :

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science (engineering school or university), you have significant experience in object-oriented Java development of at least 4 years, ideally in the financial sector.
You have previously worked as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with technical management responsibilities.
You are autonomous, rigorous, with excellent analytical skills and a team spirit.
You have a mastery of professional English, both written and spoken, to work in an international environment.
You are passionate about modern software development technologies and methods.
Technical skills required
Languages: Java, SQL; Scala is a plus.
Frameworks / Tools: Spring Boot 2, JUnit, Cucumber, OAuth2, OpenAPI (Swagger), Kafka; Spark 3 and Angular are assets.
Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, HBASE.
Infrastructure: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
