You will be a member of the Research and Development (R&D) department of Société Générale's Investment Bank in Casablanca (SG ATS)

• Participate in the various developments and projects undertaken by R&D, driven by business needs, regulations, or continuous transformation and improvement; mainly in C# language.
• Be fully responsible for your deliverables: from understanding the need to L3 support for production clients, including development; our model does not limit our employees to writing code.
• Adopt and learn industry best practices and progress on them: KISS, SOLID, Test coverage, Continuous Integration, etc.; but also change management, in a critical production context.
• Support our clients in their use of our applications and tools.
• Collaborate closely with your expert colleagues in Casablanca, Paris, New York, or Hong Kong.

R&D applications mean:

• Over 25 years of CPU time completed in a few hours each evening, by distributing calculations across an internal grid, public cloud, or even boilers (green computing).
• 6 million price requests served daily, with peaks of 20,000 per minute and service availability of >99%.
• Tactical developments that automate, simplify, and reduce risk for our clients.
• High demands on quality and outstanding industrialization: over 150 developers in 4 regions of the world push over 200 commits per week, supported by our Software Factory and our approximately 3,000 hours per day of testing (unit, integration, code coverage, etc.).

Required profile :

• At least 3 years of experience as a C# Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented language (C#) and the desire to lead projects from start to finish.
• An obsession with well-written, well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Solid problem-solving skills and analytical reasoning.
• A taste for challenges, rapid learning, and teamwork.
• Good communication skills in French.
