Job :
Manage and oversee production activities.
Ensure quality, cost, and deadline objectives, as well as productivity.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Manage and coordinate production teams.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Production, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in production, ideally as a Production Manager or Coordinator.
Mandatory experience in the automotive sector.
Advanced English and/or Spanish.
Leadership, rigor, and analytical skills.
