Job :

As part of the development of our industrial activity, we are looking for a Production Manager to oversee our vehicle assembly plant.
Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be responsible for managing production activity and achieving performance, quality, productivity, and safety objectives.
Your main missions:

• Manage production and assembly activity: plan and organize production according to schedules and commercial needs, adjust resources and schedules according to priorities, and manage technical and operational risks.
• Manage and motivate production teams: supervise teams and team leaders, lead daily meetings, and support employees in achieving production and quality objectives.
• Manage industrial performance: monitor production, yield, productivity, and commercial demand satisfaction indicators, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary action plans.
• Ensure the quality of assembled vehicles: ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards, manage problem resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes and operations.
• Optimize resources and processes: ensure optimal use of human and material resources and consumables, participate in improving workstation layout and industrial investment projects.
• Ensure HSE and 5S standards: ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness rules, as well as the application of 5S standards at workstations.
  

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
• 5 to 10 years of experience, with significant experience in managing a factory or production unit;
• Confirmed experience in automotive assembly or manufacturing;
• Solid experience in managing production teams;
• Proficiency in production management and continuous improvement processes;
• Leadership, rigor, analytical and decision-making skills, results-oriented.
