Job :
Directly reporting to the Head of the Logistics Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure the reliability of the logistics information system.
- Manage and optimize logistics flows, according to the company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure control over the company's flows and stocks.
- Ensure the real-time conformity of system stock with physical stock.
In this capacity, your main activities will be as follows:
- Ensure the supply of consumables.
- Develop and implement dashboards and performance indicators to anticipate and regulate the management of physical and IT flows.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions and propose actions in case of deviations from set objectives.
- Organize the flow of information between different departments.
- Establish new procedures and adapt existing ones to the various evolutions of the logistics strategy (Implementation of the SAP system in logistics flow management). Organize and control the management of product stocks on the system.
- Participate in perpetual and year-end inventory counts, analyze system discrepancies, propose corrective actions through an action plan, and monitor its execution.
- Propose cost optimization actions and monitor their implementation.
- Manage the data entry team.
- Automate the management of input/output flows, stock, inventories, non-conformities, etc., on SAP and ensure the reliability of this data on the system.
- Ensure and make reliable the creation of items on the system.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Ensure the qualification of forklift drivers and manage their permits.
- Other duties deemed necessary.
Required profile :
You have an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum, ideally with expertise in industrial engineering and logistics or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an industrial sector.
