A leading company in the distribution and after-sales service of household appliances is looking for an After-Sales Service Operations Manager to lead and structure the excellence of its customer service.
Job :
Your missions will be to:
- Manage all after-sales service operations (reception, diagnosis, repair, customer return) and ensure service times and quality
- Supervise and lead the technical and administrative after-sales service teams
- Optimize operational processes and implement performance indicators (deadlines, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and approved repair centers
- Ensure budget monitoring for the department and propose continuous improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and warranty/customer service policy
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical or logistics field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing after-sales service operations, ideally in household appliances, consumer electronics, or a similar industrial sector
- Strong skills in team management and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in after-sales service management tools / ERP
- Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
- Good customer relations and service-oriented attitude
