Job :
- Contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage the agency's activity to achieve its commercial objectives.
- Ensure good quality of service for customers.
- Be in line with Audit & Control orientations and recommendations, and comply with current banking regulations.
- Prospect for new clients and retain the agency's portfolio.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the agency.
- Manage the teams.
Required profile :
- You have a higher education degree (Bac+5) in commerce, management, finance, or other related fields.
- You have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge in Participatory Finance would be a plus.
