We are a group of dental clinics established in Quebec, Canada.
Our teams provide dental care as well as welcoming, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-up.
We want to strengthen our customer service with someone based in Morocco, working full-time and entirely remotely, during our clinics' opening hours, in the Montreal time zone.
Job :
Main task, upon starting the job
- Call and quickly follow up on appointment requests (leads) received on our platform
- Convert these requests into appointments: answer questions, reassure, present our services
- Explain and simplify the patient's dental insurance coverage
- Schedule the appointment in the correct time slot, according to the type of treatment and the clinic
Task to be added later
- Confirmation of patients in the schedule
- Follow-ups and reminders (patients to reschedule or due for an exam)
- Incoming calls, as capacity allows once the rest is well mastered
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Excellent spoken French, clear speech, and warm tone on the phone - this is the number one criterion, this person is the first voice of the clinic
- Functional English, an asset
- Experience in a call center, customer service, appointment scheduling, or medical/dental secretarial work
- Comfort with computer tools: CRM, online scheduler, messaging, chat
- Service-oriented, good listener, and ability to persuade without being pushy
- Reliable home office setup: computer, headset, stable internet connection, quiet environment
- Availability during the day in the Montreal time zone
