The main goal of this role is to optimize and ensure the implementation of preparation methods for troubleshooting and service tasks (TDS). This involves ensuring maximum efficiency in planning and executing interventions, in direct collaboration with production teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Create, update, and validate TS and Painting manufacturing processes.
- Analyze customer requirements and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to production and quality control.
- Manage documentary evolutions and technical data.
- Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor qualifications for special processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in methods within an aeronautical environment.
- Proficiency in reading aeronautical plans.
- Knowledge of aeronautical special processes.
- Good command of Excel, CLIPPER, and ERP tools.
- Rigor, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
