Job :
- Ensure good management of the department,
- Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, waste, and stockout rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Comply with the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
- Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a 3-year degree in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in Biscuits/Grocery where you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
