Job :
Manage, lead, and drive a B2B telemarketing team to perform well.
Oversee sales objectives and performance.
Develop the generation of qualified appointments with decision-makers.
Support and develop the skills of the teams.
Actively participate in business development and growth.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, or a commercial field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Team Manager in a call center.
Proven experience in B2B prospecting / outbound calls.
Very advanced French, excellent oral fluency, and strong communication skills.
Leadership, a drive to succeed, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Experience in the French market is essential.
