Job :

• Best protect the company's legal interests.
• Ensure the company and its subsidiaries have good insurance coverage at the best cost.
• Ensure compliance with the company's hygiene, safety, and environment rules, particularly by including clauses related to HSE aspects in contractual documents when the context requires it.
• Provide legal advice to operational departments and support services.
• Analyze legal risks and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts (commercial, supplier, partnership, service, etc.).
• Monitor contract execution and manage any disputes.
• Update contract templates.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Participate in the company's compliance efforts (GDPR, corporate law, labor law, etc., depending on the scope).
• Contribute to internal or external legal audits.
• Prepare and follow up on pre-litigation and litigation files.
• Manage relationships with external lawyers and advisors.
• Follow court proceedings and decisions.
• Manage rents for operating land and businesses.
• Handle real estate legal matters.

Required profile :

• Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial Law, or Civil Law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational company, a local group of companies, or similar; preferably in the oil or energy sector.
• Proficiency in civil law, commercial law, corporate law, litigation, and contract drafting.
• Organizational skills, business acumen, rigor, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Arabic, French, English.
