At the heart of the dynamic agri-food sector in Had Soualem, this maintenance engineer opportunity ensures the operational continuity of a demanding production site.
The main objective is to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of industrial equipment while strictly adhering to current quality, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Daily tasks involve strategic responsibilities aimed at technical excellence:
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Manage technical interventions to reduce downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize the maintenance budget.
- Coordinate field teams and external service providers.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and production line optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and strict hygiene standards.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac+5) is required.
Significant professional experience of 4 years is expected to master the technical challenges of the agri-food industry.
Technical mastery combined with management skills make the difference. The following skills are essential:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
- Ability to analyze malfunctions and propose sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools.
- Strong sense of organization and leadership in team management.
- Rigor essential to meet quality and food safety requirements.
