Job :
- Participate in conducting hiring interviews and annual medical consultations with the occupational physician.
- Ensure the creation, management, and updating of medical records for all company employees.
- Manage the medical service.
- Participate in prevention, health, hygiene, and safety education initiatives.
- Diagnose work-related accidents and provide first aid within your scope of responsibility.
- Ensure the availability of all medical equipment (medications, etc.) necessary for employee safety.
- Oversee the safety and health of employees.
- Comply with hygiene and safety rules according to the internal hygiene and safety policy.
- Receive and submit health insurance files to the insurance company contacts.
- Prepare a weekly report specifying the status of health file reimbursements.
- Prepare a weekly report including the number of women on maternity leave and individuals on long-term sick leave.
- Produce a monthly report differentiating between short-term and long-term sick leave.
- Track monthly data on employees with recurring absences.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee medical information.
- Comply with group policies and procedures regarding safety.
Required profile :
- Nursing diploma: State or Red Crescent nurse.
- Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation regarding hygiene and safety.
- Discretion, organization, sociability, good communication, excellent interpersonal skills with employees.
