Your role will be essential in implementing the HR strategy, aligned with the overall objectives of the organization. You will be responsible for the development of human capital, promoting a high-performing and inclusive work environment.

Your main tasks will include supporting managers on HR issues, deploying talent management policies, managing social relations, and contributing to cross-functional HR projects. You will also lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a degree of Bac +5 and above is required, ideally in the field of HR, Personnel, or Training.

Solid professional experience, ranging from 6 to 10 years, in generalist or specialized HR roles, is expected to provide proven expertise.

Key skills sought include excellent command of labor law, strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven ability to manage complex projects. Situational intelligence and a keen sense of priorities will be major assets.
