Assigned to the store's management, your role is to ensure the HR strategy is implemented.
To do this, your areas of results are:
- Administration & social matters
- Training
- Recruitment
- Reporting and activity KPIs
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of over 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to ensure legal monitoring concerning the labor code related to social matters
- Ability to manage social relations
- Ability to write professional documents
- Ability to facilitate the expression of expectations regarding training and/or recruitment (plan, description, announcements) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)
- Ability to steer the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and to monitor indicators
