Job :
Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients and visitors.
Guide and assist clients throughout their visit.
Respond to inquiries in French and English.
Handle phone calls and appointment scheduling if needed.
Ensure the quality of the reception and client satisfaction.
Maintain an impeccable presentation of the reception area.
Represent the image and values of the establishment through professional and polished service.
Required profile :
Training or 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a high-end sector: luxury real estate, prestigious hotels, premium automobiles, or luxury ready-to-wear.
Excellent spoken French and English skills.
Neat and professional appearance, with an elegant attitude suitable for a high-end environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for welcoming and customer service.
Dynamic, courteous, and organized.
