As part of the needs of one of our clients, we are recruiting a General Housekeeper for a private residence in Marrakech.
Job :
- Ensure the daily management and good condition of the residence.
- Supervise the general maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas, in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Lead, organize, and coordinate the work of the household staff.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service quality are met.
- Manage stocks of cleaning products, linens, and supplies needed for the smooth operation of the residence.
- Organize daily tasks and anticipate the needs of the residence.
- Monitor the quality of services and ensure compliance with instructions and confidentiality rules.
- Ensure smooth communication with the owners and respond to their requests professionally.
Required profile :
- Training in hospitality, accommodation management, or a similar field is desirable.
- Proven experience as a General Housekeeper, House Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a private residence and/or a high-end hotel establishment or luxury environment.
- Experience in leading and coordinating household staff.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, absolute discretion, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities autonomously.
- Availability to work in Marrakech.
