We are hiring - Senior Payroll Manager
As part of our business development, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to join our team.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the entire payroll process, from collecting data to checking and closing payroll.
- Prepare and check payroll slips.
- Manage social contributions declarations: CNSS, AMO, IR, etc.
- Track absences, leave, advances, bonuses, and other variable elements.
- Prepare payroll statements and related reports.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of employees related to payroll.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding their payroll and social benefits.
- Stay updated on social legislation and regulatory changes.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in payroll management, ideally in a multi-convention or multi-company environment.
- Good command of Moroccan social and tax legislation.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
- Rigor, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under demanding deadlines.
