 You will join the team of product specialists responsible for developing and promoting derivative and structured products across several asset classes (equities, indices, credit, rates, forex, inflation, funds...). You will be involved in the following missions: You will be involved in the following missions:

1. Design and production of commercial materials for complex financial products:

• Write pre-trade investment proposals for institutional, corporate, and Retail clients in France (private banks, insurance companies, corporates...): Pitches, client brochures, client presentations/training, videos, simplification of complex investment strategies for qualified clients.
• Write complete post-trade structured product marketing kits for Retail investors in France.
• Check the application of European regulatory requirements for Retail investors on marketing materials produced by the team.

2. Strategic Management and Market Watch:

• Assist in the implementation of the product marketing strategy in close collaboration with sales teams (propose and create new materials, manage media campaigns, continuous innovation in the use of digital communication tools, animate the Product offering...).
• Constant interaction with legal and compliance departments to maintain and develop 'Financial Products' marketing materials that comply with regulations in the covered countries and internal rules.
• Strategic watch and competitor analysis in the structured and financial products markets (analysis of data and statistics, recent competitor announcements and their evolution, analysis of recent innovations - payoffs, underlyings...).

3. Development of internal tools:

• Maintain and evolve current automation tools under VBA/Python used to generate marketing documents.
• Develop new automated modules to support the launch of new payoffs or product gimmicks. Integrate AI into the generation and control processes for brochures and other client-facing documents.
• Automate reporting & dashboards on Power BI.
• Contribute to the improvement of team processes in conjunction with transversal functions. 

Required profile :

Education:

• Engineering school/university or business school degree with a double specialization in programming + market finance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (mapping, data manipulation and generation, data modeling)
• Good command of VBA (advanced Excel, template automation)
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Solid foundation in market finance (derivatives and structured products)
• Excellent writing skills in French and English
• Good oral communication skills in French and English are a prerequisite.
• Analytical and organizational skills
