Job :
Main Missions
Evaluation and Diagnosis
- Map processes and associated risks (risk mapping)
- Assess the effectiveness of existing control systems
- Detect areas of weakness or non-compliance
Control
- Develop and execute the annual control plan
- Perform compliance tests and checks on documents and on-site
- Verify the application of internal procedures and current regulations
Reporting and Recommendations
- Write mission reports (findings, risks, recommendations)
- Present results to the relevant departments and management
- Ensure follow-up on the implementation of corrective action plans
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in audit, management control, finance, or equivalent
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role (internal audit, internal control, audit firm)
- Good command of internal control standards and frameworks
- Rigor, analytical skills, and sense of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP)
- Bilingual French/Arabic; English is a plus
