Job :
Reporting to the Financial Department, your main responsibilities will be:
- To prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
- To participate in monthly closing and results analysis
- To prepare financial and operational reports
- To analyze the differences between actual results and budget, and identify the main factors of variation
- To set up and monitor dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs)
- To analyze the costs, margins, and performance of different activities
- To participate in the preparation of business plans and profitability analyses
- To ensure the reliability of management data and the quality of reports
- To collaborate with different departments to collect, analyze, and provide the data needed to manage the business
- To contribute to the improvement of management control tools and processes
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Audit, or Business School
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Good command of management control and financial analysis techniques
- Very good command of Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or an ERP system is a plus
- Analytical mind, rigor, and organizational skills
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
