As a Management Controller, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities related to management control:
- Lead the development and monitoring of budgets, analyze variances, and propose recommendations to improve performance.
- Produce and update dashboards, reports, and summaries for management and management committees.
- Create and optimize management tools, develop financial processes, and best practices to strengthen financial culture.
- Participate in financial closings and ensure the reliability of data and cost accounting.
- Contribute to cost optimization and margin improvement.
- Support operational staff in managing their activities and decision-making.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in management control, ideally in an automotive or industrial environment.
- You have mastered management control techniques, budget processes, reporting, profitability analysis, as well as Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong analytical skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a real sense of priorities.
