Job :
• Ensure the monitoring and management of the financial performance of General Expenses and After-Sales (APV) activities.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual results, budget, and objectives, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor operating expenses, fixed and variable costs, and their evolution.
• Analyze the profitability of APV activities: labor, spare parts, bodywork, mechanics, etc.
• Track the main KPIs of APV activity and contribute to improving operational performance.
• Control general expenses commitments and spending, and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Produce periodic reports for management and the General Management.
• Support operational teams in analyzing their results and implementing action plans.
• Participate in improving and ensuring the reliability of management data and control processes.
• Contribute to the digitalization of management tools and the automation of reporting.
Required profile :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in management control, ideally in automotive distribution.
• Good command of financial analysis and performance management.
• Strong command of Excel and reporting/BI tools.
• Rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to work with operational teams.
• Experience in After-Sales and/or General Expenses is a real asset.
