Job :
As a Support Functions Management Controller, you will be at the heart of financial and operational performance.
Your key responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 3 controllers and foster their development
• Oversee the monthly accounting closing to ensure the reliability of financial data
• Supervise the production and quality of financial reporting (HR, Finance, Real Estate, Communication, Strategy)
• Collaborate with operational managers to anticipate and manage budgets and forecasts
• Present key reporting and analyses to the Executive Management Board (EMB), providing relevant insights for decision-making
• Prepare quarterly Business Reviews and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with the GDO team,
• Represent the Finance team with external partners such as the tax administration and external auditors
In summary: you will manage financial performance while ensuring operational management of the site, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university, with a specialization in finance/accounting
• Solid experience in management control, team management, and transformation projects
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
Key skills:
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis
• Management control and reporting processes
• Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tool (EPM)
• Organization, leadership, communication, analytical skills
