Job :
- Answers calls and emails professionally
- Works to achieve individual and team goals
- Participates in team meetings and debriefing sessions
- Reports any problems hindering their work to their Team Leader
- Ensures consistent quality
- Adheres to schedules and calendars
- Understands and respects internal procedures and processes
- Maintains a balance between quantity and quality (with the help of quality analysts, trainers, and team leaders)
- Understands and considers the impact of their performance on service level
- Monitors their inbox and queue
- Provides suggestions for improvement regarding the client's internal procedures and processes
Required profile :
- Education Level: Minimum of a 2-year college degree (Bac+2)
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a call center would be appreciated
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Ability to adapt and learn procedures and tools
