Your missions
As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
- Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
- Carrying out personalized financing simulations
- Preparing applications and ensuring their follow-up until funds are released
- Negotiating the best terms with our partner banks
- Ensuring quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
- Following up with clients to optimize returns and conversions
- Meeting and exceeding set commercial objectives
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for client contact, especially by phone
- Competitive spirit and strong motivation to achieve commercial goals
- Dynamic, rigorous, responsive, and good listening skills
- Previous experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call centers is highly appreciated
