Job :
At the heart of our customer service, you will ensure the satisfaction of our French and Spanish-speaking users through the Chat channel. You will manage real-time interactions effectively while providing personalized solutions.
- Communicate directly with our users to answer their questions and guide them
- Manage multiple chats at the same time with agility, composure, and precision
- Assist, advise, and provide personalized and effective follow-up for each request
- Quickly analyze the customer's need and provide a clear and suitable solution
Required profile :
Perfect written Spanish skills (Level C1 required)
Fast typing speed and ability to quickly navigate between multiple tabs and software
Empathy, patience, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset
Previous successful experience in customer service or call center is highly desired
