The Moroccan Foundation for Preschool Education (FMPS) represents a strong commitment to making preschool education available to all children in Morocco.
Since 2019, our foundation has grown significantly, from 350 to 22,000 preschool classes.
The Foundation works on behalf of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports and manages 70% of Moroccan public preschools. We are dedicated to providing children aged 4 to 6 years with the essential foundations for a quality education.
By working with public, semi-public, and private sectors, as well as managing and training educational staff, we are shaping the future of preschool education in Morocco.
The network is managed by a central administration with 150 central staff members and a regional administration with approximately 900 regional staff members working closely together.

Job :
Reporting to the Directorate of Operations and Network Management, your main responsibilities will be:
a) Activity Planning and Implementation:
- Actively participate in the planning of network projects and activities, in line with the Foundation's overall strategy.
- Ensure effective implementation of projects, guaranteeing alignment with the objectives set by the Foundation.b) Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate regional teams to achieve the objectives defined by the Foundation.
- Coordinate the administrative aspects of preschools and units, ensuring operational efficiency.c) Network Support and Animation:
- Ensure effective support for provincial managers, thereby contributing to network animation and the achievement of the Foundation's overall goals.
- Ensure smooth coordination between central and regional teams.d) Operational Reporting:
- Regularly produce reliable operational reports on the projects under your responsibility.
- Develop and verify activity reports related to network operations.e) Partnership Relations and Communication:
- Ensure professional and quality service to the Foundation's partners.
- Maintain strong relationships by adopting transparent and professional communication.
Required profile :
- Graduate of a top business or management school, or holder of a Master's degree (Bac +5) in management or a related field.
- Proven successful experience of more than six (6) years in a managerial position.
- Autonomous and results-oriented.
- Good command of Arabic and French, as well as English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of computer tools.
