Position:
Assigned to the Store, your role is to supervise customer reception and information, and to ensure the management of the store's financial flows while optimizing customer checkout.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Distribute, plan, and monitor the work of your team;
- Carry out monetary transactions between the vault and the cash registers;
- Count the cash drawer funds;
- Train employees in job techniques;
- Ensure follow-up of cancellation badges;
- Ensure connectivity and proper functioning of the cash register equipment;
- Guarantee an optimal level of customer reception, information, and satisfaction.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Finance/Management or equivalent; You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in retail;
- You master office tools and the information system related to the job;
- Customer service orientation, self-control/stress and conflict management & rigor/respect for rules and procedures are the key success factors for this position.
