Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the performance of your branch and ensure objectives are met.
- Manage, support, and develop your team.
- Grow the business while ensuring quality of service, risk control, and adherence to procedures.
- Contribute to the development of an institution committed to financial inclusion.
Required profile :
Your profile:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, commerce, finance, or equivalent.
- Successful experience of 1 to 3 years in a management role, ideally in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
- Leadership, rigor, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented.
- Ability to unite a team and drive performance while respecting operational requirements.
