- Drive the performance of your branch and ensure objectives are met.

Required profile :
Your profile:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, commerce, finance, or equivalent.
- Successful experience of 1 to 3 years in a management role, ideally in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
- Leadership, rigor, a sense of responsibility, and results-orientation.
- Ability to unite a team and drive performance while meeting operational requirements.
