Job :
We are recruiting for our client, operating in the medical device production and sales sector, based in Bouskoura - Ouled Saleh, an HR Officer - Payroll & Administration.
- Manage complete payroll: collect variables, process, check (on Sage)
- Ensure personnel administration: contracts, certificates, leave, absences, personnel files
- Ensure compliance with social legislation and labor law
- Manage social declarations and relations with the relevant bodies
- Update HR dashboards and participate in social reporting
- Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures
Required profile :
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
- Mandatory experience in payroll management on Sage
- Good knowledge of social law and labor legislation
- Proficiency in office tools
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and confidentiality
