Job :
As part of our business development, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Recruitment Officer to join our HR team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
- Write and post job offers on various recruitment channels.
- Search for and screen candidates.
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' skills and profiles.
- Follow up on applications and update the database.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required profile :
A higher education degree of Bac +2 level in HR, personnel management, or training is essential to handle these tasks with the required expertise.
Significant experience of between 3 and 5 years in a similar role is expected in order to quickly master the specific challenges of recruitment in the logistics sector.
Beyond academic background, good interpersonal skills and sharp analytical ability are essential to succeed in this position. Expected skills include:
- Mastery of sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of organization and priority management.
- Initiative and focus on results.
