Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Horse (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse betting in Morocco.
Through its mission, SOREC supervises horse racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner to breeder associations, and works to improve national equestrian infrastructure.
In addition, SOREC is committed to a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and stimulating the horse market.
SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :
Reporting to the Operations Department, your main mission will be to oversee the licensing process for managing the network of points of sale. In this role, your main activities will be:
Management of applications and files
- Manage applications from potential points of sale and ensure their processing within the agreed deadlines
- Check the completeness and accuracy of the application files for points of sale
Monitoring the licensing system
- Enter licensing data into the system
- Organize the holding of licensing committees according to agreed frequencies, ensuring the initiation, preparation, and animation of meetings
Coordination of opening and closing points of sale
- Coordinate with relevant entities, particularly maintenance and operations, for the management of opening and closing points of sale
- Prepare activity reports and communicate them to the relevant parties
Required profile :
As a potential candidate:
You have a 2-3 year degree in economics, law, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of network management processes;
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools, especially Excel;
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and track performance indicators;
- Sense of commitment, adaptability, initiative, and collaboration.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal ease.
- Reactivity and team spirit.
