Job :

The position
Reporting to the General Management and functionally to the Group Management, you will support the performance management and risk control of all group subsidiaries. This position requires a high degree of mobility, and you will regularly visit different sites for your audit and control missions.

Your main tasks:

• Conduct internal audit missions on the accounting, financial, and operational processes of subsidiaries;
• Evaluate and strengthen the internal control system, identify risks and areas for improvement;
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, reports, and management dashboards;
• Analyze variances (actual vs. budget), costs, and performance by subsidiary and by activity;
• Formulate recommendations and ensure the follow-up of action plans;
• Contribute to the reliability of financial statements and the optimization of procedures;
• Make regular trips to group sites for field missions.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in audit, management control, finance, or accounting;
• Experience in audit (preferably in a firm) and/or management control;
• Mastery of audit techniques, internal control, and management tools (SAGE, Excel advanced level);
• Good knowledge of Moroccan accounting, tax, and social regulations;
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, integrity, and a sense of confidentiality;
• Essential geographical mobility (travel to group sites); driving license B;
• Fluency in Arabic and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
