Job :
As an HR Assistant, your main tasks will be:
- Employee Administrative Management: Writing employment contracts, amendments, following up on employee files, holidays, and absences.
- Legal and Social Monitoring: Keeping up-to-date with changes in labor law and applying internal or collective rules.
- Support in Business or Company Law: Preparing standard legal documents (minutes of general meetings, various formalities).
- Payroll and Declarations: Managing payroll variables and mandatory social declarations.
- Relations and Support: Liaising between management, employees, and sometimes employee representative bodies.
Required profile :
Education and Experience:
- Degree (Bac+2 minimum) in social law, human resources management, or equivalent, with initial experience in a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills: Solid foundation in labor law and company law, proficiency in office tools (Office Suite) and payroll software, particularly Sage Paie & RH.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write memos, contracts, or reports easily.
- Personal Qualities: Rigor, absolute discretion (confidentiality), organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal qualities.
