Job :
As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a serious, organized, and rigorous Human Resources Assistant. Their main mission will be to:
- Ensure data entry, monitoring, and control of employees' daily time tracking.
- Control presence, absences, lateness, and leave.
- Verify and correct time tracking anomalies.
- Ensure the monitoring and updating of employee files.
- Participate in various administrative tasks related to Human Resources.
Required profile :
- Training in Human Resources, management, administration, or a similar field.
- Some prior experience in HR or personnel administration is desired.
- Very good command of Excel and office tools.
- A rigorous, organized, discreet person, attentive to details.
- Good sense of follow-up and communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage confidential information.
Location: Tit Mellil-Médiouna
