Job :
- Producing invoices monthly
- Checking client contracts and managing purchase orders
- Generating the monthly financial closing in the Group's ERP
- Providing administrative support to our sales department
- Managing leave and expense reports
- Contributing to financial and administrative efficiency
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, office management, or a related financial field
- Fluent in English/French (written and spoken)
- Good command of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role required
