As part of the development of our client's business, we are recruiting a Luxury Projects Director Architect responsible for managing an architecture agency specialized in the design and execution of high-end residential and hotel projects.
The position is for an experienced professional with strong expertise in managing exceptional architectural projects, particularly 5-star hotels, luxury palaces, high-end residences, prestigious villas, large riads, and luxury private properties.
Job :
- Ensure overall direction and management of the architecture agency.
- Supervise the architectural design and development of luxury residential and hotel projects, from the study phase to delivery.
- Manage interior and exterior design projects for high-end hotels, luxury palaces, prestigious villas, riads, and large private properties.
- Guarantee architectural excellence, aesthetic quality, and adherence to international luxury standards.
- Coordinate teams of architects, designers, engineering firms, engineers, and external partners.
- Ensure monitoring of budgets, schedules, resources, and project progress.
- Oversee technical studies, architectural plans, and construction execution monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technical standards, and quality objectives.
- Manage relationships with clients, contracting authorities, investors, and partners, ensuring high-level support.
- Participate in the development of the agency's business and the definition of its strategic directions.
Foreign nationals are also welcome for this position.
Required profile :
- Architectural degree, Master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent, from a recognized architecture program: DPLG or Interior Architecture.
- Proven professional experience in managing high-end architectural projects and leading teams.
- Mandatory experience in prestigious projects, including 5-star hotels, luxury palaces, or high-end hotel establishments, as well as high-end residences, prestigious villas, or large private properties.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects, from design to completion.
- Strong skills in team management, technical coordination, budget management, and site supervision.
- Well-developed architectural and aesthetic sense, with an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of the luxury sector.
- Leadership, rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to interact with demanding clientele.
